Minutes are an essential record of what happened at a meeting. But how do you ensure that the minutes you take are clear, concise and correct? Using examples and case histories, this short online workshop looks at skills and tips to make your minute taking more effective. We will cover language, layout, and providing clarity in your minutes; and how best to take minutes when meetings become boring, confusing or heated.
There are three different dates available to choose. These workshops will suit anyone who might need to take the minutes of meetings for their trustee board, management committee or similar.
