Developing Your Writing Skills

Whether it is for a funding bid, a report, a blog article or a social media post, writing your own text is often unavoidable. But how do you make sure that what you write appeals to others, makes good sense, and gets your message across.

There are three different dates available to choose. These online workshops look at how to structure your writing, use the most appropriate language, and grab your reader’s attention. It will include tips for different types of written document; and how best to resonate with your audience.

Outcomes

At the end of the workshop, participants will:

  • Understand how to deliver their message to others

  • Understand the importance of structure and appropriate language

  • Be more confident about writing ability
