Chief Officer
Full time: 35 hours a week.
Starting salary: £38,000 - £43,000 dependent on experience
We're seeking a Chief Officer to lead us into our next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate success in senior roles, showcasing adeptness in team development and management. A creative thinker, you'll have crafted innovative strategic initiatives and overseen their execution with transformative results.
Collaboration and partnership-building will be second nature to you, complemented by exceptional organisational and communication skills, including proficiency in public speaking and media engagement. Your background should reflect collaborative work with Boards of Trustees, providing invaluable guidance to fortify their decision-making processes.
