How does your organisation recover from the COVID-19 pandemic? This workshop looks the practical steps you will need to take; and some of the key issues you may face. It will consider how to assess the impact of COVID-19 on your organisation; and to decide upon your priorities for action. Within this, we will consider key issues such as roles and responsibilities, and your communications and messaging. It is aimed at trustees, leaders and senior managers of small charities, voluntary groups, and social enterprises; and will suit those with little or no previous experience of crisis management.
