This online course is being run by Health in Mind in partnership with Bavs for Berwickshire residents.
The course consists of 5 sessions which will run on Monday mornings from Monday 7 February to Monday 7 March. Each session will run from 10.30am-noon on Zoom.
This course will help you to:
Understand the basic science of wellbeing, happiness and stress
Be able to recognise when pressure is becoming a problem in your life
Learn about the basics of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
Learn how to break unhelpful habits and form new, healthy ones
Learn about what we can and can't control in our lives
Practice practical tools like, breathing, grounding, and body scan
Maximum group size: 10
