Building Personal Resilience

This online course is being run by Health in Mind in partnership with Bavs for Berwickshire residents.

The course consists of 5 sessions which will run on Monday mornings from Monday 7 February to Monday 7 March. Each session will run from 10.30am-noon on Zoom.

This course will help you to:

  • Understand the basic science of wellbeing, happiness and stress

  • Be able to recognise when pressure is becoming a problem in your life

  • Learn about the basics of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

  • Learn how to break unhelpful habits and form new, healthy ones

  • Learn about what we can and can't control in our lives

  • Practice practical tools like, breathing, grounding, and body scan

Maximum group size: 10
